Jeanie Miller Women's Basketball Scholarship

The Jeanie Miller Women’sBasketball Scholarship was established by Jeanie Miller, a 1970 Western graduate, to provide scholarship support for student-athletes in the Women’sBasketball program. After 20 years of teaching physical education in schools throughout Colorado, Jeanie was named Colorado Elementary Physical Education Teacher of the Year in 1988. She has always loved athletics and has a special love for basketball. Being a graduate and a Gunnison native, Jeanie desires this scholarship to help continue the traditions and legacy of Western and stresses the importance of the University to the community.

ELIGIBILITY
-Financial Aid: Must be eligible by Western Financial Aid and NCAA policies and requirements.
-Athletics: Must be a member of the Women’sBasketball program.
-Year in School (after completion of current spring semester): Must be a full-time student at Western
