Dan Pappas Scholarship

The Dan Pappas Scholarship has been established by Dr. Jody Coleman to provide scholarship assistance to Western Colorado University students. Dan was a transfer student at Western from 1978-1981. The purpose of this scholarship is to contribute to the advancement of the future generation of computer scientists through his passion for education in computer programming, database administration, data modeling and data security.

Applicants for the Scholarship:
A. Must have graduated from a Colorado public high school; preference given to students that graduated from a Colorado public high school and attended or graduated from a Colorado Public high school and attended a Colorado Community College prior to attending Western
B. Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
C. Must pursue a Bachelors degree from Western Colorado University in Computer Science
