WCU MacAllister Student Athlete Presidential Scholarship

Established by Jim and Allison MacAllister Foundation, as an addition to the Presidential
Scholarship set up by Jack and Marilyn MacAllister. An elite class of scholarship awarded to
Western’s highest achieving and most deserving student athlete, celebrating the ideals of
academic excellence and service to campus and community.

ELIGIBILITY
Student will be selected according to the following criteria (in order):
1. Must be a student-athlete participating in a varsity sport at Western
2. Academic merit (minimum GPA of 3.5 for incoming freshman or 3.2 for current
WESTERN students)
3. Involvement in campus activities and/or community service
