Mike Martin Memorial Scholarship

The Michael Matin Memorial Scholarship has been established by the Michael Martin Community Fund to provide scholarship assistance to Western State College students. This scholarship serves to honor Michael Martin. Mike was passionate about outdoor activities and the preservation of our unique community.

One award may be made each year to a full-time Environment & Sustainability major from Crested Butte, Gunnison, or elsewhere in Colorado in honor of Mike Martin, Crested Butte environmentalist and recreation enthusiast. Eligibility Criteria: Full-time enrollment status, having grown up in Crested Butte, Gunnison, or elsewhere in Colorado (applications will be ranked according to this order); GPA of 3.0 or higher.
