Scott Forrest Christie Memorial Scholarship

The Scott Forrest Christie Memorial Music Scholarship has been established by his nephew, Gentry Hansen (who shall remain anonymous as the donor, as this is a gift to his grandmother), to provide scholarship assistance to Western Colorado University Music students. This scholarship serves to celebrate and honor the memory of Scott Forrest Christ ’75, who passed away in 2014.

Eligibility
Student must have financial need
Student must have a 3.0 GPA or greater
Student must be a music major or minor, preference given to those with interest in composition
Preference given to a student who plays brass instruments
Preference given to music education majors
