McElvain Scholarship

The T.H. McElvain Oil & Gas Limited Partnership in Natural Resource Land Management
(McElvain Scholarship) has been established by the company to provide scholarship assistance to Western State College students in the Natural Resource Land Management (NRLM) program.

ELIGIBILITY:
Must have a High School/ Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Be enrolled in the NRLM Program
Have unmet financial need
Scholarship is available to all NRLM students and may be renewed if current recipients maintains qualifications
