Rodney & Anne String Ash Award

The scholarship is provided by the family of Rodney and Anne Ash. Rodney was the former Chair of the Music Department.

This addendum changes the name of the Rodney Ash String Scholarship to the Rodney and Anne Ash String Award fund. The Rodney P Ash Award fund will be incorporated into the String Award fund by transferring all monies, effective with the date of this addendum, into the Rodney and Anne Ash String Award fund and thereby closing the Rodney P Ash Award fund. The title of the one combined fund will be the Rodney and Anne Ash String Award Fund.

Award depends on available funds.

Eligibility
Student must be full-time student
Student must be a music major with preference to classical bowed strings, and a secondary preference to classical keyboards, voice or music composition
Student must maintain a 3.0 GPA or greater
