Carol Greenlee Athletic Scholarship

Established by Carol Greenlee, a generous donor and longtime friend of Western to provide

scholarship assistance to Western Colorado University student athletes. This scholarship serves
to honor and monetarily assist a student of Western to achieve a Bachelor’s Degree in his or her
chosen field of study in Business/Accounting or Recreation or Exercise & Sport’s Science.
ELIGIBILITY
- Major: Preference given to Business or Recreation or Exercise & Sports Science majors
- Need: Must demonstrate financial need
- Athletics: Must participate in an NCAA sport
- Year in School (after completion of current spring semester): Must be full-time student
at Western with a sophomore, junior or senior status. The scholarship is renewable for
non-seniors who reapply and maintain eligibility
- GPA: 2.5 or higher
- Residence: Preference will be given to Colorado residents
