Bill and Bertha Mae Schindler Memorial Scholarship

The Bill and Bertha Mae Schindler Memorial Scholarship was established by her daughter, Maxine Marcella Pierce, a 1974 Business and Accounting graduate of Western, to provide scholarship assistance to business students at Western Colorado University. This scholarship serves to celebrate the memory of Bill and Bertha Mae Schindler.

ELIGIBILITY:
- must be a full-time undergraduate business major
- bust have and maintain a minimum 2.75GPA
- Demonstrate service work as part of their resume
- Demonstrate scholarship, character, and service in their application essay

The scholarship will be automatically renewed each year for four years, if the recipient maintains eligibility, ideally selecting a new recipient once every four years.
