Tina Butterfield Art Scholarship

The Butterfield Art Scholarship has been established by Al Caniff in honor of Tina Butterfield (’04) to provide scholarship assistance to Western Colorado University students.

Tina Butterfield was an Art major at Western and returned to teach art and serve as the Chair of the Department of Art and Design. Al Caniff was her art teacher in college as well as Chair of
the Department of Art during Tina’s time at Western and later became a lifelong mentor and friend.

ELIGIBILITY:
Applicants for the scholarship:
A. Must be a full-time Art major
B. Must have at least a 3.0 GPA
C. Must maintain working 20 hours (part time or full time)
