Liaison Council Scholarship

The Liason Council Scholarship was established in 1996 to provide scholarship assistance to children or spouses of Western employees.

Applicants must be a child or spouse of a permanent, full-time WSC classified employee. Employee must be permanent and full-time of spouse’s or child’s scholarship application and must have been employed as a permanent, full-time employee for at least one year preceding child’s or spouse’s application.
Must be a full time student at Western.
Must maintain a minimum, cumulative GPA of 2.5.
Applicants who are transfer or freshman students must also have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 from their prior academic work.
Preference will be given to children of employees meeting these minimum qualifications.

Recipients must volunteer a minimum of 2 hours of work in support of a Liaison Council sponsored event.
