Marguerite Vouga Rule Scholarship

The Vouga-Rule Music Fund has been established by Ed Rule and Marguerite Vouga Rule to provide assistance to Western Colorado University students.

Students must:

• Be either a sophomore or junior majoring in music.
• Maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Participate in performing organization or music activity.
• Preference shall be given to students with a vocal music emphasis .
