Hagan-Vant Hull Scholarship

The Hagan-Vant Hull Scholarship has been established by Noelle and Richard Hagan to provide scholarship assistance to Western Colorado University students. Noelle and Richard would like to honor their parents with the Hagan-Vant Hull Scholarship to support a first-generation student who demonstrates interest in public service, following in the footsteps of past and current family members.

Applicants for the Scholarship:

A. First-generation student
B. Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student
C. Demonstrated interest in public service
