Edward W. Bohac Accounting Scholarship

Edward and Nancy Bohac have established the Edward W. Bohac Accounting Scholarship to provide scholarship assistance to Western Colorado University students. Edward felt Western had provided him with the knowledge and confidence to create a successful career in higher education administration, and through this scholarship will provide a future graduate of Western Colorado University with a comparable opportunity.

ELIGIBILITY:
Must be pursuing an Accounting degree
Must have a 3.0 GPA
Must demonstrate financial need. This may be determined by the applicant’s Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) indicators such as the Student Aid Index (SAI) and the applicant’s representation of their financial barriers within their scholarship General Application. Specific consideration given to students identified in the “missing middle” of the SAI score.
Must not be receiving additional privately funded scholarships through the Western Colorado University Foundation
